Educational Services of America (ESA)has an immediate opening for an ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR for its College Living Experience (CLE) program in the Chicago area. College Living Experience is a comprehensive academic and residential program designed to provide students who have learning difficulties with the help they need to complete college or vocational school, and to become competent and responsible adults. Our mission is to “develop the whole person” into one who is able to compete in the world.

General Summary of the Job:
The Admissions Coordinator is accountable for the recruitment of students and for the overall intake process. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Scheduling and conducting tours of the program for prospective students and their families, visiting consultants and other professionals,
• Conducting interviews and presentations to promote CLE services,
• Developing ongoing relationships with referral sources,
• Receiving, reviewing, and maintaining intake files.

Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have excellent communication and public relation skills, in addition to being well organized with a high level of planning and program management abilities.
