Educational Services of America (ESA)is currently seeking a CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST for its College Living Experience (CLE) program located in the Chicago, Illinois, area. College Living Experience is a comprehensive academic and residential program designed to provide students who have learning difficulties with the help they need to complete college or vocational school, and to become competent and responsible adults. Our mission is to “develop the whole person” into one who is able to compete in the world.

General Summary of the Job:
The CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST is a critical member of the administrative team and will participate in student assessment, admission, support, and management; hiring and training staff; program planning; and parent communication. The psychologist must possess experience as a school, community, or private practice-based professional with demonstrated exceptional skills in developing older adolescents/young adults, securing the respect and cooperation of their parents; and implementing successful psycho/social interventions. Applicants should be familiar with a variety of psychological instruments including: WAIS-III, Woodcock-Johnson, WIAT, Vineland Adaptive Behavioral Scales, MMPI-2, MCMI-III, Strong Interest Inventory and the Myer’s Briggs Type Indicator. The position will report to the site director.

Requirements:
This position requires Ph.D. or Psy.D. and professional licensure with relevant experience. Candidates must have excellent communication and public relation skills.
