Virtual school operator Connections Education is partnering with alternative education provider Ombudsman Educational Services to help Detroit students who have dropped out of high school earn the credits they need to graduate. The two organizations will operate Fusion Academy of Michigan, with space for 300 students in grades 9-12 during 2011-2012.
