Why did you go into teaching?
I love teaching younger children, for me it’s a very rewarding experience to see how young children blossom and learn.
Why did you choose special education?
These children need a lot of TLC. No matter what you teach them, every little bit is one more milestone towards young adulthood. Most of all patience and understanding are very important in this field of work.
What keeps you motivated?
My motivation is the new challenge that I face every day to always come up with new ideas and different ways to reach each child’s learning capability. Every new task, no matter how small or big – is a new beginning for that particular child.
