Steve Kaufman
Steve Kaufman has worked for the last 30 years to bring the benefits of technology to the hands of the general user, primarily in the fields of medical education and training, pharmacy automation, and industrial automation. As Chief Information Officer, he is in charge of creating and implementing all information technology initiatives. With 20 patents and more than 50 manufacturing processes to his credit, Steve received the Creative Achievement Award in recognition of his role as an IT innovator. In recent years, Steve’s operational leadership was instrumental in upgrading the technology, software curriculum and quality control systems at Ombudsman Educational Services, now part of the ESA family.
