Allison O'Neill
In her role as Vice President of Operations in the Ombudsman Division of ESA, Allison O’Neill is responsible for the quality of programs and delivery of educational services throughout Ombudsman, including operations, curriculum, accreditation standards, training, staff development and other key areas. She began her career as a public school teacher with the Milwaukee Public Schools. Allison joined our Ombudsman Educational Services team/division in Chicago in 1997. Since that time she has held a variety of leadership positions with OES in Illinois, Florida and Arizona. Her passion and enthusiasm for teaching transcends the traditional classroom. Her calling has always been to those who don’t realize their educational potential. With her commitment to personalized instruction and individualized program development, Allison has been able to truly make a difference in the lives and future opportunities for ESA students.
